When we arrived at the ski resort, we took the tram up the mountain. The view from Mount Alyseska is unbelievable! In fact, even my best photos offer it little justice. We ate at the restaurant (the fish and chips were great!) and then headed back down the mountain via the tram.

Alyeska Ski Resort
On Friday (April 24, 2009) we boarded a tour bus with several other COPAS members and departed for Alyeska Ski Resort, 38 miles south of Anchorage in Girdwood. Once again we made the trip down the Seward Highway - this time in a bus.
